Make your own Nutella – vegan – with only 4 ingredients
I like to eat Nutella for breakfast. Sometimes for dinner. Certainly also throughout the day. I am one of those people who likes to eat it with a spoon. Yep, guilty.
So I badly needed a healthy hazelnut-cocoa alternative of this sugar loaded spread. This is made with real ingredients:
- hazelnuts – for the nutty flavor (btw Nutella is made up of only 13% hazelnuts),
- cocoa powder – for the chocolate deliciousness
- maple syrup – for the sweet
- soy milk – for the creamy texture, as well as some vanilla aroma
